These are my old-new learnings.
When distressed, focused energy or the lack thereof will make you or break you. It’s important to take a deep breath and know nothing lasts forever. Shitty times always pass; sure, they’ll come back, but they won’t always be here, just like PMS.
(Thankfully, I still have three good weeks of the month!)
If something haunts you, the invisible presence ruins your present. Be here and now, breathe 🧘🏻♀️, move the energy, and anxiety will ease.
Beer, wine, vodka, or a focused energy?

You don’t want to feel foggy or lethargic, even if it comes at the expense of trading fake fun for seriousness; plus, you don’t want to feel bad the next day.

Lastly, the body doesn’t make mistakes. It has messages for you!
