The Power of Sound and Communities

Did you know that Sound Therapy has arrived in a few American hospitals? What a fantastic news!

Gong is especially helpful in pain management, improving sleep, and relieving anxiety.

Usually, I meditate in silence. However, during my beautifying time yesterday, I was reminded of the power of simple spa music. Physically, I was lying on the therapist’s table, but spiritually, I was flying high!

Some news:

I’m going to the Mycelium Hub in Sweden in a couple of weeks to dive into my passions again. The founders, Marcela and Milan, somehow bring out the best in me.

Lately, I’ve been practicing Kundalini breathwork with my clients in Prague. Imagine me being able to teach it online! Can I? 🤔

From Scandinavia, I’m heading to Canada for the summer. I’ll celebrate joint birthdays with my friends and their friends in Toronto.

If you’re around later in July, come and celebrate my 27th year on this earth, kidding, that was actually ten years ago, and meet more like-minded people, out-of-the-box thinkers, freedom-lovers, anarchists, and kind peeps because I don’t hang out with haters.

I also want to visit Montreal and Quebec during this visit, but we’ll see. I might not have time to explore the West Coast, but I’ll keep this space updated.

I hope that the next time you’re stressed, you’ll try to put on some healing frequencies on Spotify and calm down your nervous system in minutes!

With Love,

Pavlina
