WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE

Once upon a time, I was drowning in my emotions. I realized that treating my uncomfortable emotional swings, insomnia, and fatigue with pills, junk food, or superficial relationships wasn't gonna help. Yet, I continued to make many mistakes.
My journey started then. It was a long process of self-discovery, forgiveness, and learning new habits. Making them stick was a whole another level! Unfortunately, we cannot focus only on reducing symptoms. We must get to the root of the problem by illuminating our everyday thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I used to suffer from terrible PMS. I was a monster for nearly half of the month every month! Thankfully, studying holistic nutrition helped put things in perspective. And then there was this other aspect... What was 'self-care' to me?
I got honest with myself and started reducing some self-sabotaging behavior. You know, the glass of wine when we're feeling down, that second cup of coffee when tiredness hits, or hanging with a toxic lover when we look to find self-worth outside of ourselves. Easily said than done!
I started reminding myself of my inherent worth through actions that mirrored unconditional self-love and radical self-care. Gradually, I healed my body, mind, and spirit.
The good news is that I'll teach you all I learned, tried, and tested throughout the 10 years in a mere 6 weeks. I'll be with you every single day the whole time.
This course is more than just receiving nutritional tips to help heal the thyroid, endocrine system, liver, adrenals, and reproductive system. This journey is about taking your power back.
